Daily ScheduleWhat follows is a general schedule for our older participants (those down to one nap a day). Times will fluctuate depending on the children's engagement in particular activities. Infants will be included in our activities but will always be fed and rested on their own schedule.
7-8:30 Breakfast, Welcome 9:00 Meeting, Community Building, Plan for the day 9:30 Snack 10:00 Outside Time (Walk, Park, Messy Play) 11:00 Child-led activities/Art experience 12:00 Lunch 1:00 Nap/Rest 2:00 Calming activities (reading, puzzles, playdough) for those who rest 3:00 Snack 3:30 Gross Motor games/play 4:30 Child-led activities/Art experience 5/5:30 Prepare to go home/say good bye |
Sample Weekly MenuWe strive to provide balanced meals that are both kid friendly and nutritionally sound. When possible we choose organic and locally grown options. We always serve organic milk. Our meals meet or exceed the guidelines for the federal Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP)
